Generally, StarTrend does not ship internationally.

To purchase StarTrend123.com products  and have them shipped internationally we suggest you contact AccessUSA to learn more about freight forwarding options to most international addresses. 

Special requests for international shipping can be made by e-mailing StarTrend123.com or by contacting us by phone, using  the customer service or contact us pages.  Authorization for international shipping may be granted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse to ship internationally on any order at our discretion.

StarTrend123.com Direct International Shipping
If the decision is made to ship internationally direct, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Refer to the Duties and Taxes section below for additional information.  StarTrend reserves the right to use a different carrier at our discretion.
 

Identity & Credit Card Verification
To provide top tier security for our customers, StarTrend reserves the right to request identity verification via fax. If we do not receive verification of identity via fax within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.
 

Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 10 business days from the order's ship date.

Duties & Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. StarTrend cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
