Can I return merchandise?
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return.

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one full billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statement.
2) Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.

Return your unwanted item, then place an order for the item you would like.

Directions for General Returns
You may use the carrier of your choice. Simply address your return package to the StarTrend return address shown at the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is at your expense.
General Merchandise
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
1. Fill out the return section on the back of the packing slip that came with your order, including the appropriate reason for each item you are returning.
2. We suggest that you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip for your records.
3. Please address your package to the StarTrend address located on the front of your packing slip.
4. Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box.
5. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

6. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
We're sorry, we do not accept COD returns of any kind.
Jewelry
In order to return your jewelry purchase for credit, the item must be in its original condition with any boxes or packaging that accompanied it. If the jewelry arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. Sorry, no exceptions. Follow the Directions for General Returns above.
Watches
Follow the Directions for General Returns above to return your watch within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to redeem your watch warranty, please follow the directions on the pamphlet included in your watch box. Watch warranties cover the watch movement for the time period stated, and typically exclude watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage by excessive use, accidents or abuse. All shipping and handling for warranty service is the responsibility of the customer. If you have further questions, please contact Customer Service.
Swimwear & Intimate Apparel
Swimwear and intimate apparel must be in new, never-worn condition with all original tags attached. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact to be accepted for return. Swimsuits or intimate apparel that has been worn may not be returned. Follow the Directions for General Returns above.
Footwear

Returning Heavy or Bulky Items
Certain products have special return instructions due to their size or weight. To return them, please contact Customer Service for return instructions.
Directions for Special Returns
Late Returns
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
No Exchanges
StarTrend strives to offer you great merchandise up to 80% below retail everyday. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from StarTrend, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
