All orders of $50 or more ship for free with a “ship to” address within the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to Puerto Rico or for international shipping. We reserve the right to cancel the free shipping promotion at any time and without prior notice.
 
All purchases at StarTrend123.com shipped within the continental USA ship for a flat rate of $6.95 per order if the total purchase is less than $50 dollars. The shipping rate for each order is displayed during the checkout process.  
 
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We send a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order leaves our warehouse. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email after all packages in your order have shipped.


Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can get your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. One shipment may arrive as several different packages based on the size or when items are ready to be shipped. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.
 
Tracking Your Order
Look up your package's progress at your convenience online!
From www.StarTrend123.com  click on “My Account” at the top of the page.  Sign in using your email address and StarTrend password.  In "Order Status," click on "View Details."  On the "Order Detail" page, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date tracking information.
 
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.
 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process depending on the shipping method and carrier you choose. Please allow 5-8 business days following the shipping of your package within the continental United States.  Most orders arrive sooner.  Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee during the checkout process.  To request an approximate delivery time you can e-mail us at sales@StarTrend123.com . 


 
If your order includes oversized items, then additional shipping charges will apply.

About International Shipping
Please note that you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. Refer to the Duties and Taxes section below for additional information.  If StarTrend elects to ship internationally, StarTrend reserves the right to use a different carrier at our discretion.
 
Additional Shipping
StarTrend strives to charge as little as possible for shipping. However, due to the incremental shipping costs created by each additional item, we may include a nominal handling charge.  Additional shipping charges also apply to oversized items.
 
StarTrend will only include additional shipping charges when necessary to handle your delivery quickly and accurately.  Any appropriate or additional shipping or handling charges will be included in your total shipping costs and displayed during the checkout process.
 
Multiple Addresses
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use.

When to Expect Your Package
We start preparing your order as soon as we receive it so you can have it as soon as possible. In many cases, your order leaves our warehouse the same day you place it. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. The warehouse ships packages Monday through Saturday.
